Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales from Maryville University and has specialized exclusively in the banking and financial services executive search space since 2014.
Outside of work, Austin is a dedicated family man and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, and hiking. He remains a loyal supporter of the St. Louis Blues and Cardinals.
